Looking to get into the world of real estate and need pre-licensing education? This course is offered to those who are looking to become a first-time licensed real estate agent.
Our course is offered either online or/can include in person classes. Optional in person classes are offered every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 to 7:20 p.m. at no additional cost! These classes are not required; however many students find them helpful during the course.
The online course is self-paced, giving students the flexibility to start and finish at their convenience within a one year time frame. The state of Utah requires 120 hours of pre-licensing education and it’s completely up to you to decide how quickly you would like to get through the 120 required hours of coursework. Included are online practice tests that will help prepare you to tackle your exams.
Physical books that would need to be picked up in our office or shipped to you – (A $15 shipping fee will apply). After completion of our course, you will receive a Certifying Document which will enable you to take your licensing exams through the state of Utah!
