Utah Law Portion

Are you an agent relocating from another state? We provide this course just for you!

Our course is offered either online or/can include in person classes. Optional in person classes are offered every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 to 7:20 p.m. at no additional cost! These classes are not required; however many students find them helpful during the course.

The online course is self-paced, giving students the flexibility to start and finish at their convenience within a one year time frame. The state of Utah requires 24 credit hour Utah Law Curriculum and it’s completely up to you to decide how quickly you would like to get through the 24 required hours of coursework. Included are online practice tests that will help prepare you to tackle your exams.

When you receive your Real Estate Exam Wavier, you can check how many hours the state is requiring you to complete. The required hours for the Utah Real Estate Law is 24 credit hours. Any additional hours if needed can be purchased with your Utah Law Course in the dropdown menu.

A physical book would need to be picked up in our office or shipped to you – A $15 shipping fee will apply.) After completion of our course, you will receive a Certifying Document which will enable you to take your licensing exams through the state of Utah!
